We are a mobile American-style BBQ food van that specialises in low and slow cooked meats – for example, brisket pulled pork, hotlinks-jalapèno and cheese chicken sausage, and a selection of sides presented in a variety tray of different volumes. We cater for any event upwards of 20 people and will travel anywhere within East Gippsland.
