1. Directory listings and subscriptions
Payments made for listings or subscription plans are generally non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
This includes:

Failure to use the service

Early cancellation of a subscription
2. Exceptions
A refund may be considered if:

There has been a technical error resulting in duplicate payment

The service was not provided as described due to a fault on our part
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) and may take several business days to appear, depending on your provider.
4. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill.
