Gippy Food Trucks is an online directory that allows food truck operators to list their businesses and allows users to discover food trucks operating in the Gippsland region.
We act as a directory platform only and are not responsible for the operation, conduct, or services of listed businesses.
2. Listings
By creating a listing, you confirm that:
You have the authority to represent the business
Information provided is accurate and kept up to date
Your listing complies with all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings that are misleading, inappropriate, or breach these Terms.
3. Payments and subscriptions
Some listings or features may require payment.
Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD)
Subscription fees are billed in advance and recur according to the plan selected unless cancelled
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation will stop future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund.
5. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, and design (excluding user-submitted content) is owned by Gippy Food Trucks and may not be copied or used without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
